The Honest Company, Inc. “Honest Flushable Wipes PR Mailer Giveaway” Terms and Conditions

Please read these rules before entering The Honest Company, Inc.’s  “Honest Flushable Wipes PR Mailer Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”). You agree that by entering this Giveaway, you will be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions (the “Rules”), and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Giveaway eligibility requirements.

Eligibility. This Giveaway is limited to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia. (Giveaway excludes residents of all other US territories, commonwealths and possessions, including but not limited to Puerto Rico). Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and cannot be employed by The Honest Company, Inc., nor can they be employed by any companies or agencies directly connected with the promotion, creation and administration of this Giveaway, or be a household member or immediate family member of the aforementioned employees. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. 

Host. This Giveaway is hosted by The Honest Company, Inc. (the “Host”). The Honest Company is located at 12130 Millennium Drive., Suite 500, Los Angeles, CA 90094.

Timing. The Giveaway will run from June 6, 2026, through June 10, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Host’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.

How to Enter. To enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period, you must:

1)    Make sure you’re following @honest on Instagram

2)    Like this post

3)    Drop a comment tagging a friend and telling us what Wipes Print is your favorite: Tropical Leaves or Gilded Wings. One tag is allowed per comment.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s plays and that entrant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Rules will be disqualified.

Prize. Flushable Wipes PR Mailer 

Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winners. Host makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Host will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

Prize Value. $20
Number of Winners: Subject to these Rules and Host’s verification, 3 people will receive prizes. 

Prize Drawing, Winner Notification, and Announcement. Each potential winner will be selected based on them following @honest on Instagram, liking the giveaway post, commenting their favorite print and tagging a friend. Each potential winner will be notified via DM within 2 days after the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of being contacted, or refuses to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as well as a W-9 in the event that the dollar value of the prize is $600 or more, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and Host may in its sole discretion select an alternate prize winner from the pool of eligible entrants. All prizes will be fulfilled approximately one month after execution of required paperwork.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER.

Odds of Winning. Odds of winning a prize depend on the content of entry submissions and the number of eligible entries received by the end of the Giveaway Period.

Winners' List. The Winner List will be compiled after the winners’ confirmation process is complete for the Giveaway Period and will be made available upon express written request. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes each entrant's consent to Host’s use of entrant's name, likeness or submissions for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Limitation of Liability and Release. Host assumes no responsibility for: (1) technical delays or failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention during any part of the Giveaway, (3) technical or human error during the administration or processing of the Giveaway, or (4) any loss, injury, or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading data or otherwise participating in the Giveaway. By entering into this Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Host, Instagram, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each company's officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. In no event shall Host’s total liability exceed the retail value of the prize(s) awarded.

Social Media Disclaimer. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any and all liability associated with, arising from, or relating to this Giveaway.

Additional Terms. Host reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Host’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway or, as determined by the Host in their sole discretion. Host reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Rules of this or any other promotion in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Host reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Host’s delay in enforcing or failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in Los Angeles, California. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of California and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of California. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Giveaway and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
