Honest was founded with a simple but important purpose: to raise the standards in personal care by creating clean, effective, and high-quality products. This is a commitment that will never change and guides every decision we make.

As we continue to evolve to better deliver on our mission and serve our Honest community to the best of our ability, we’re making some important updates to how we bring Honest products to you.

After December 28th, all of your Honest favorites will be available exclusively through retailers, like Amazon, Target, Walmart, HEB, Kroger and more, both in-store and online. At that time, we will no longer be taking direct orders through our website, Honest.com, and we will be saying goodbye to the Honest App.

These updates were made with you, our loyal Honest family, at heart and will allow us to focus on what matters most: developing and designing products that meet our rigorous Honest Standards – for you and your loved ones.

Honest.com isn’t going anywhere! After December 28th, our website will remain a trusted place to explore our products, find helpful tips, stay up to date on the latest launches and find retail locations near you

No unfortunately, order history from Honest.com is no longer available to view on the site. If you need details about a past order, our Customer Experience team can help provide information if it’s within our system timeframe.

If you purchased from a retailer, returns must be made through that retailer. Their return policy will apply, but we’re always happy to help answer questions or guide you through the process.

Credits and gift cards for Honest.com expired on 12/28/2025. For ongoing savings, we recommend signing up for Honest emails and checking with our retail partners for current promotions.

We don’t currently offer subscriptions directly through Honest.com. Some of our retail partners may provide recurring delivery options. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team if you need any assistance! 

We know how important it is to have easy access to your Honest favorites. Beginning December 12th, Honest.com will feature a store locator to help you find Honest products at trusted retail partners near you. You’ll still see us at many of your favorite retailers, both in-store and online.

You’ll continue to find Honest promotions and coupons through select retailers and coupon platforms. To make sure you never miss out, sign up for our marketing emails for the latest updates on new product launches and special savings. Our new Clean Conscious Diapers® now have improved leak protection* and cloudlike comfort! With five points of leak protection and unique features for every age and stage, your baby stays comfortable and dry through all of the day's wiggles and wobbles. We added an umbilical cutout to size 1 diapers to stay out of the way of your baby's healing umbilical cord and reengineered the stretchy sides' materials (sizes 3-7) for a gentle but snug fit. Our softest diaper yet features a plant-based inner liner for gentle skin contact.

We design our Honest diapers with your baby’s delicate skin in mind. With a toxicologist audited wetness indicator, these diapers are dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, and fragrance-free. You can read more about The Honest Standard here. 

You should change diapers frequently to help prevent irritation and diaper rash. Read more - How Many Diapers Do I Need?

Diaper rashes are a part of babyhood, but changing diapers frequently, keeping their bottom clean with a Soothing Bottom Wash, letting them “air” out for a bit and using a diaper rash cream to help seal out wetness can help cut down on diaper rashes. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a globally-recognized, independent third-party safety standard that tests every component of our diapers for 350 toxic chemicals to ensure their safety. The OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Certification for our diapers means they have successfully passed rigorous safety standards for heavy metals, pesticides, certain colorants and chlorinated compounds, among others.

Yes! Our Honest Clean Conscious Overnight Diapers™ use fluff-pulp made from material from well managed, FSC-certified forests and other controlled materials.

We design our Honest Overnight Diapers with your baby’s delicate skin in mind. That’s why our diaper are hypoallergenic, and we stay away from potential irritants. Our diapers are made without latex, fragrances, and parabens and are OEKO-TEX ® Standard 100 certified so that you can be certain that every component has been tested for harmful substances.

Absolutely! Our wipes can clean your baby from head to toe. Just avoid the eye area on your baby’s face, and you’re good.

Yes! The main ingredient in our hypoallergenic wipes is water! We keep out ingredients like alcohol and parabens … because we don’t need them. Our baby wipes contain more than 99% water and are fragrance-free, making them gentle enough for sensitive skin.

Diaper rash is usually related to wet or dirty diapers, and chafing. So change baby often, make sure you’re using the right size diaper, liberally apply Diaper Rash Cream as needed, and make sure to keep the diaper area clean and refreshed (we love our Soothing Bottom Wash).

Yes! Honest wipes are made with baby's delicate skin in mind. Our sensitive wipes are gentle and do not contain irritating scent or fragrance. It's no surprise that newborns go through a ton of diapers, and utilizing sensitive baby wipes during changing time ensures you're giving baby a thorough cleaning. However, if skin irritation does occur, discontinue use.

Great Question! Our flushable wipes have been tested to meet compliance with both INDA GD4 and IWSFG 2020 flushability guidelines. Meaning they are safe to flush!

Rest assured, no fragrances are added to our Flushable Wipes.

These were gynecologically tested to ensure safety for intimate areas, however, we do not recommend using these wipes on damaged, irritated skin. Consult with your healthcare provider as they know your medical history best.

It’s not necessary to wash their hair every day. Unlike adults, your baby’s hair and scalp produces very little oil, so washing two to four times per week is just fine.

While our baby conditioner is gentle and lightweight enough to use often, your baby may only need conditioner once or twice a week, depending on the thickness and texture of their hair.

It depends. Does your baby have irritated skin, eczema, or dry skin? If so, you might want to closely monitor your baby products and look out for toxic ingredients that may be harsh on your baby’s skin. We love using bathtime as a before-bed routine, but the American Academy of Pediatrics says three baths a week may be enough for most babies. Check out: How to Bathe a Newborn: 7 Honest Tips

It's no surprise that baby's have extremely sensitive skin, which is why it's super important to give each part past of their bodies a gentle wash, one section at a time. Wash your baby's delicate face with lukewarm water and a towel - no soap. You can use our all-in-one body wash shampoo for the body and head. Use the wet cloth with soap to give your baby a gentle body wash, cleansing the diaper area last. Finally, cup water over your baby's head, apply the wash shampoo, gently massage into the scalp, and then rinse out the soap. To avoid skin irritation or diaper rash, thoroughly dry the baby's body and apply our Diaper Rash Cream to the bum area.

It’s simple, moisturize. Several times a day, and always after bathing. You can also limit tub or shower time to avoid overdrying, and when you do bathe yourself or your little one, use products that have added moisture, such as our sensitive face and body lotion. If you need a little extra nourishment, use our Honest Body Oilas well.

We love them all, so go with what works for you … or the scent you like best. The Lavender is calming (perfect to unwind after bathtime), while the Sweet Almond and Sweet Orange Vanilla gently nourish baby’s skin. The fragrance-free sensitive face and body lotion option is perfect for super sensitive skin.
