Try This DIY Ice Cream on Your Next Snow Day

Cooped up with the kids this winter? Whip up some ice cream, inspired by our new Target exclusive diaper print! All you need are a few everyday ingredients to make this simple, sweet treat.

DIY Snow Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 cup milk

⅓ cup organic sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

8 cups of fresh, clean snow (or DIY snow made in a blender)

Naturally colored sprinkles

Instructions

Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt to a bowl and whisk until combined.

Stir in scoops of snow until your desired texture is reached. We used 8 cups, but you can use more or less depending on the consistency of your snow.

Divide into bowls, top with sprinkles and dig in!
