## Important: Honest.com is changing how you can buy
**As of December 28, Honest.com no longer takes direct orders.** Honest products are now available exclusively through retail partners — including Amazon, Target, Walmart, H-E-B, and Kroger, both in-store and online. The Honest App has also been discontinued.
Honest.com itself is staying online as a resource: you can still browse products, read tips, see the latest launches, and find a nearby retailer through the site's store locator.
Practical implications of this change, answered below:
- **Order history:** Past Honest.com order history is no longer viewable on the site. For details on a past order within the system's retention window, contact Customer Experience.
- **Returns:** If you bought from a retailer, returns go through that retailer under their return policy.
- **Credits, gift cards, promo codes:** Honest.com credits and gift cards expired December 28, 2025. Ongoing savings now come through Honest emails and retail-partner promotions.
- **Subscriptions:** Honest.com does not offer direct subscriptions. Some retail partners may offer recurring-delivery options.

## Clean Conscious™ Diapers
### What's new about Clean Conscious Diapers®?
Compared to the previous version, the diapers now have improved leak protection and cloudlike comfort, with five points of leak protection. Size 1 has an umbilical cutout to keep the diaper clear of a healing umbilical cord. Sizes 3–7 have reengineered stretchy sides for a gentle, snug fit, and the diaper's inner liner is plant-based.
