If you think about it, health and happiness aren’t a result of just one thing — rather, all the little choices we make and actions we take: the foods we eat, the products we use, the lifestyle we live, etc. But the truth is, just as important to overall health and happiness is the emphasis we place on our mental and emotional wellbeing.
Enter: Stop, Breathe & Think, a mindfulness app designed to help people build the emotional strength to handle whatever comes their way. Created with the belief that emotional wellbeing is a journey, not a destination — and that it’s not about feeling happy all the time — Stop, Breathe & Think is here to help you find peace, not perfection. And for us, that really resonates.
We were first introduced to the app by its founders, Jamie Price and Julie Campistron. With nearly two decades of experience developing mindfulness curriculum and leading workshops for inner city kids and young adults, Jamie created the app as a tool to help people everywhere overcome their mental and emotional difficulties. After seeing its quick and organic growth, she then partnered with Julie, a veteran tech executive with a desire to have a true positive impact, in order to share it as far and wide as possible.
A quick peek at how the app works:
P.s. Just as amazing as the original app (designed for people of all ages): their new app Stop, Breathe & Think Kids, designed for children ages 4-10 as an easy and fun way to connect with and process emotions.
