Plow pose stretches your shoulders and spine while reducing stress and fatigue.

Honest Tip:

Don't stress about getting your feet to the floor! You can work the pose with your feet never touching the ground or by bringing your feet to a block. Protect your neck by keeping your gaze center being sure not to look left or right.
