If you haven’t heard of GoodPop, you’re in for a treat! The Austin, TX based company uses high quality, locally sourced ingredients to make some of the most mouthwatering frozen pops you’ve ever encountered. For the recipe below, a fruit filled smoothie bowl gets topped with a delightfully creamy, dreamy Coconut Lime GoodPop. Enjoy it now, but pin the recipe to keep it handy all summer long.
Ingredients
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 cup almond or other nut milk
1 heaping tablespoon Justin’s Peanut Honey Butter (or 1 tablespoon of peanut butter + 1 teaspoon of honey)
½ banana sliced
2 tablespoons granola
2 tablespoons frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
1 Coconut Lime GoodPop
Instructions
- Blend frozen berries, milk and peanut butter together until smooth.
- Place smoothie into bowl.
- Garnish with toppings and a Coconut Lime GoodPop!
