Caribbean Smoothie Bowl
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
For the Smoothie:
1 cup spinach
½ cup kale, chopped
¾ cup frozen mango
¾ cup frozen pineapple
1 banana
1 teaspoon spirulina
2/3 cup coconut water
For the Toppings:
2 tablespoons toasted coconut
½ banana, thinly sliced
¼ cup mango, diced
¼ cup pineapple, diced
Drizzle of honey (optional)
Instructions
Combine all smoothie ingredients in blender and blend on high until thick and smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into bowl and top with cut fruit.
